A new variant of Infinix Hot 50 5G has just gone on sale, limited to LTE connectivity, but with a few other advantages. What does the Infinix Hot 50 4G offer and at what price?
Visually, the new Infinix is similar to the 5G variant, although it offers new colors - you can choose from Sleek Black, light green Sage Green and Titanium Gray, imitating the titanium casing popular among flagship smartphones. On the back, there is again an angular island of three cameras in vertical orientation, the main one of which has a resolution of 50 Mpx and an aperture of f/1.6. Infinix doesn't boast about the other two rear cameras on the official product page, so we can assume that we're dealing with macro or background blur cameras with minimal resolution. At the front, in a hole in the middle of the top edge of the flat screen, there's an 8 Mpx selfie camera.

The Infinix Hot 50 4G screen itself looks better - it's still an IPS LCD display, but this time 6.78-inch, with FHD+ resolution (1080 x 2460 px). The screen also offers a smooth 120 Hz refresh rate, 800 nits brightness, and the Always On Display function. The version without 5G could not be without a new processor - in the case of the Infinix Hot 50 4G, its role is played by the Mediatek Helio G100, accompanied by 6 or 8 GB of RAM and 128 or 256 GB of internal memory, which can be expanded with a microSD card by an additional 2 TB. Its battery has a capacity of 5000 mAh and charges at 18 W. The smartphone is also equipped with a 3.5 mm mini-jack socket, FM radio and NFC module - the latter is only present in the 4G model.
It is not yet known in how many countries the Infinix Hot 50 4G will be available, but its price is already given by Ukrainian store - the variant with 8+256 GB costs 5979 hryvnia there, or $145, €130.
