Known mainly for producing Nokia smartphones, the HMD brand already has a few interesting devices under its belt, but it also continues to produce completely average budget devices. The latest of them has just been released.
The price and availability of HMD Arc have not yet been confirmed, but its official specification has already been published on the manufacturer's website. Everything indicates that it will be a very low-end phone - the 6.52-inch LCD screen has HD+ resolution (1280 x 576), a basic refresh rate of 60 Hz and a brightness of 460 nits, and at the top there is a 5 Mpx selfie camera in an elongated drip notch. The camera setup on the back isn't much better - the main camera has 13 Mpx and autofocus, and is accompanied by an auxiliary camera with unspecified parameters.

The HMD Arc processor is the Unisoc 986A, and its operating system is Android 14 Go, offering two years of security patches. There is 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal memory, which fortunately can be expanded with a microSD card. The HMD Arc battery has a decent capacity of 5000 mAh, but it only charges at 10 W. The smartphone also offers partial IP52 or IP54 dust and water resistance (depending on the region), a 3.5 mm minijack socket, a side fingerprint reader, Bluetooth 5.2 and a single speaker and microphone. The phone measures 66.4 x 76.9 x 8.95 mm and weighs 185.4 g.
