Smartphones with physical QWERTY keyboards are a rarity these days, but they're far from extinct. The Unihertz Titan 2 debuted at the end of 2025, and the Unihertz Titan 2 Elite and Unihertz Titan 2 Elite Pro are already on the horizon. What exactly will they offer?
The Unihertz Titan 2 Elite stands out not only for its keyboard but also for its particularly compact size. Its dimensions are 117.80 x 75.00 x 10.40 mm and its screen has a diagonal of 4.03 inches. This time, it's an AMOLED display with a resolution of 1200 x 1080 px, which compares favorably to the Unihertz Titan 2. The battery, however, looks more modest – this time its capacity will be only 4050 mAh, with the same 33W charging power. The processor is a mid-range Mediatek Dimensity 7400, accompanied by 12 GB of RAM, 256 GB of internal memory expandable via microSD card, and the Android 16 operating system. In terms of connectivity, the Unihertz Titan 2 Elite offers 5G, Bluetooth 6.0, NFC, and eSIM. For photography, there's a 50 Mpx main camera, a 50 Mpx telephoto lens, and a 32 Mpx front-facing selfie camera.
The launch of Unihertz Titan 2 Elite is scheduled to launch in June 2026, and will be joined in October by Unihertz Titan 2 Elite Pro. The latter will feature a more powerful Mediatek Dimensity 8400 processor, 512 GB of file storage, and a 50 Mpx telephoto lens with OIS. Both will be available in black and orange colour variants.
The upcoming Unihertz smartphones are now available for pre-order on Kickstarter. The entry-level Unihertz Titan 2 Elite is priced at $389, while the Unihertz Titan 2 Elite is priced at $479.
