The Honor Pad X9 tablet series has expanded with a new model – the Honor Pad X9 Max. Is it a "maxed out" tablet?
The Honor Pad X9 Max has a large, 13-inch LCD screen with a resolution of 2500 x 1560 pixels, a 120 Hz refresh rate, and up to 700 nits of brightness. The screen has a narrow bezel, a paper-effect mode, DC dimming, and is TÜV Rheinland certified for eye protection. The battery is also quite large, with a capacity of 10100 mAh and 45-watt charging, and should provide up to 16 hours of uninterrupted movie watching. The tablet runs Android 16 with the MagicOS 10 interface and supports cross-platform file sharing with devices running Android, iOS, macOS, HarmonyOS, and Windows.

The tablet also features four IMAX Enhanced-certified speakers, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.1, USB Type-C, and two 5-megapixel cameras, one on each side, both with an f/2.2 aperture, but autofocus is only on the rear camera. The device measures 297.62 x 192.72 x 6.72 mm and weighs 618 g. A stylus and a dedicated keyboard are available for purchase. The device is powered by a Snapdragon 6s 4G Gen2 processor, and comes in two memory options: 4GB+128GB and 6GB+256GB. Prices are $470 and $600. There's also a wide range of casing colors to choose from, as long as you choose gray. And tell me, what's "max" here, besides size...?
