The Gresso company expanded its line of Avantgarde phones with a new model: Titanium Regal. In fact, it is difficult to list it as a completely new design - it is an already known model in a newly developed casing.
Looking at the specifications, it is impossible to resist the impression that we are dealing with the phone from a few years before. Gresso consistently avoids innovative solutions, offering us parameters that cheaper Nokias offered 3-4 years ago. The phone, like other models in the series, uses the S40 platform, and supports tri-band GSM / EDGE: 900, 1800 and 1900 MHz. It has only 30 MB of memory and supports microSD cards up to 2 GB. There we have a WAP browser, Bluetooth 2.0, voice recorder and loudspeaker. The battery with a capacity of 860 mAh will provide 5.4 hours of talk or 300 hours standby.

The value of the phone, however, isn’t defined by the technical capabilities but a design. And this is made entirely of titanium, enriched with gold and palladium. The solid case of the phone is executed from a whole slab on a high-accurate equipment. A finished Regal case has only 9% of the original metal workpiece.. The front and back Regal Titanium panels are executed from solid tempered glass plates. The phone keyboard is traditionally cut from the type of steel and polished by hand for a glossy effect. I wonder if having adequate cash surplus I would go for this model. Actually – for a huge amount of money I’d get an antiquated phone in elegant case. But is the case itself enough to highlight our prestige? After all, this kind of phone is bought just for that very purpose...
