Google Pixel 11, Pixel 11 Pro, and Pixel 11 Pro XL have just gone on sale with improved specifications and new features, along with the debut of the Pixel Watch 5 and Pixel Tag. What exactly will they offer and at what prices?
Pixel 11, 11 Pro, and 11 Pro XL - More Performance and Intelligence
The main advantage of the three new smartphones is the Google Tensor G6 processor, more powerful and 20% more energy-efficient than the previous generation. Its performance is expected to deliver 15% faster app launches and 25% faster browsing, while the 50% more efficient TPU chip will improve AI and photo-related features. The Tensor G6 also uses the new Titan M3 security chip, which uses post-quantum cryptography.
The basic Google Pixel 11 is largely similar to its predecessor. A new feature is the increased memory available – 12 GB of RAM is now paired with 256 GB or 512 GB of internal storage. Battery capacity has increased slightly from 4985 to 4970 mAh, and PixelSnap magnetic charging is now Qi 2.2 compatible and offers 25W of power.
Wired 30W charging remains unchanged, and the 6.4-inch Actua OLED display with a resolution of 2424 x 1080 pixels, a variable refresh rate of 60-120 Hz, and a peak brightness of 3000 nits also looks familiar. An ultrasonic fingerprint reader is located beneath the screen.
The Google Pixel 11's main camera remains at 48 MP, with an f/1.7 aperture and OIS, but its size has increased – it now has a 1/1.56-inch sensor. The 13MP wide-angle camera with a 120° field of view, the 10.8MP telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom, and the 10.5MP front-facing selfie camera remain identical.

The Google Pixel 11 Pro and Pixel 11 Pro XL bring more significant changes to the cameras – the main feature is a 1/1.3-inch 50MP camera with an f/1.68 aperture and optical stabilization, the wide-angle camera has 48MP, a 123° field of view, and can take macro photos with autofocus, while the larger 1/1.95-inch telephoto lens has a resolution of 48MP, offers 5x optical zoom, and 120x digital zoom.
Interestingly, the Google Pixel 11 Pro and Pixel 11 Pro XL are more modest in some respects. Their battery capacities are 4850 and 5115 mAh, respectively, with 30W or 45W wired charging, depending on the model, and the cheapest memory variants offer 12 GB of RAM instead of the previous 16 GB. The displays, however, look better, offering slightly higher brightness than their predecessors – the Google Pixel 11 Pro has a 6.3-inch Super Actua OLED screen with a resolution of 2856 x 1280 px, an adaptive refresh rate of 1-120 Hz, and a peak brightness of 3600 nits, while the similar Google Pixel 11 Pro XL display is 6.8-inch and has a resolution of 2992 x 1344 px.
Also new in this year's Pixels are Gemini Intelligence features – the intelligent assistant can now offer suggestions based on on-screen content and location, and then perform tasks without opening new apps. Speech-to-text processing has also been improved, and interaction with the Gemini will be signaled by a new HiLight LED, which can also notify you of incoming calls with different colors assigned to individual contacts. The entire device runs on the Android 17 operating system, and the manufacturer guarantees 7 years of support.

Pixel 11 Pro Fold - will it break this time?
Alongside the three classic smartphones, a new foldable phone has also debuted, although unfortunately, it will not be officially available in Poland. The changes are subtle but significant – the new foldable smartphone is made of a new composite material that is said to make it three times more break-resistant than the Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold. We'll see how it performs in practice when the new Pixel lands at JerryRigEverything's workshop...
Another noticeable new feature of the Google Pixel 11 Pro Fold is its dimensions – its dimensions when unfolded are now 155.2 x 150.4 x 5 mm, and it weighs 239 g. The Pixel 11 Pro Fold is therefore slimmer and lighter than its predecessor, but this has had an impact on its battery capacity – this time it's only 4750 mAh, less than the relatively small Galaxy Z Fold8. Like other Pixels, the Google Pixel 11 Pro Fold supports 30W wired charging and 25W wireless charging, and is powered by the Google Tensor G6 processor.
The Pixel 11 Pro Fold displays are also slightly different. The 8-inch foldable screen is now accompanied by a slightly larger 6.5-inch external display, and the brightness of both has increased to 3600 nits. The camera setup, however, remains unchanged, at least in terms of technical parameters – the main camera is a 48MP main camera with an f/1.7 aperture, a rear camera with a 10.5 Mpx f/2.2 wide-angle lens and a 10.8 Mpx telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom, and there are two 10 Mpx cameras on the external and internal screens for selfies and video calls. However, software is expected to improve image quality, providing improved 30x digital zoom and better low-light performance.

New features, not limited to the new smartwatch
A new smartwatch, the Google Pixel Watch 5, was launched alongside the new smartphones. Once again available in 41 or 45 mm sizes, it features an AMOLED LTPO display with a peak brightness of 3000 nits and Corning Gorilla Glass 5. Its processor is a Snapdragon W5 Gen 2 with a Cortex-M55 coprocessor and 64 GB of eMMC internal memory. Depending on the variant, the battery has a capacity of 332 or 465 mAh and lasts for 30 or 40 hours with the Always-On Display.
The Google Pixel Watch 5 expands the health and fitness capabilities of its predecessor with several useful new features. Breathing Emergency Detection can call for help if oxygen levels drop and the user is unresponsive. There are also features for detecting the risk of hypertension and metabolic problems, which are expected to be available later on the Google Pixel Watch 4, Pixel Watch 3, and Fitbit Air. A new Readiness Score feature will check whether the user is ready for a workout.

Google also unveiled its own tracker this year, competing with similar devices from Apple, Samsung, Motorola, and Xiaomi. The Pixel Tag features a built-in speaker, IP67 waterproofing, Bluetooth and Ultra Wideband connectivity, and its replaceable battery is expected to last over a year.
