Another leak of Nokia Normandy... This time we can have a closer look at the interface. The photos we published of course by @evleaks, again, of course, without giving any further details. It remains to look at the picture and spin one's own speculations...
In the published screen shots we see the main panel, and a list of notifications. You can see that in both cases, the screen will scroll vertically – the screenshots are quite long. The interface is a strange mix of the classic icons with Windows-tiles. At the bottom of the image, we can see that the icons will be placed in the catalogues, and the list of notifications will show us the full set of information. We can see the information from the calendar, as well as notifications of missed events and updates on social networking sites. The interface seems to be quite readable, but - in my opinion – it is somewhat chaotic. I understand that the tiles are to make android Normandy more similar to other Nokias, but mixed with the icons they do not look as good as in the "clean" Windows Phone. This is just my subjective evaluation, which may change, when I'll try the operation of the Nokia overlay live. For now - I have mixed feelings. And you?
