At least SamMobile service claims that. It cites anonymous but well-informed source which reported that Samsung Galaxy S5 mini will debut in June. The phone is expected to receive 4.5-inch Super AMOLED screen with a resolution of 720p and a Qualcomm processor. So far there hasn't been given its type, but it will probably be a unit with four cores. Mini will also have on board 1.5 GB of RAM, 16 GB of ROM, a microSD slot and an 8-megapixel camera supported with 2-megapixel front webcam. Like the original, Mini is to have a waterproof housing that meets the requirements of IP67 and Android 4.4 KitKat. There will also be an infrared transmitter, but there won't be probably a heart rate monitor. The last of the alleged information is the battery capacity, amounting to 2,100 mAh. Unfortunately, this is all the information that we have at the moment. I suggest approaching them - as to any leakage - with a slight reserve.
