The BLU company introduces on the US market the smartphone called Selfie. Its destination explains the name – it is a phone for taking selfies. Is suitable for anything more?
The smartphone has received a decent, though not necessarily an impressive specification. BLU Selfie has a 4.7-inch HD display, protected by Gorilla Glass 3. Inside the housing works a 1.7 GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6592 processor, supported by 2 GB of RAM. The phone has 16 GB of memory and a microSD card slot up to 64 GB, and draws power from the battery with a capacity of 2300 mAh. So far everything looks good, but the design also has weaknesses. The phone uses Android 4.4 KitKat, does not support the LTE network - HSPA+ is all we can count on. The photographic side is to compensate for the shortcomings of the phone: it is supplied with two 13-megapixel cameras with Sony IMX135 matrices. Both have autofocus and LED flash, the rear camera has two, and the front - one. The buyer may choose from three colours casing - paying $ 250 for the phone. At the end I will add that the similarity of BLU Selfie to the Meitu M2 model is probably "accidental"...
