HTC One M9 shown in March at the MWC 2015 in Barcelona would likely be an excellent smartphone, if not a Snapdragon 810, which causes that the device could be used as a pocket heater. The manufacturer may have just found a way.
It is difficult to say whether the plans put on the market HTC One M9 with the MediaTek processor are caused by too high operating temperature, rapid wear of the components and the associated discomfort of users, or simply due to the fact that HTC is committed to its customers and wants to give the opportunity to choose the alternative configuration. The modified smartphone would hit the market in October. It is not known which MediaTek processor will go to HTC One M9, though it is spoken mainly about Helio X10 or X20.
