Evan Blass, shared his knowledge on HTC One A9 - a phone that was supposed to be the new flagship of the Taiwanese company... But perhaps it won't be.
Evan, better known as @evleaks, writes that this model, although it is called One, will not be a flagship, but rather a mid-range model. According to the latest information, One A9 - occurring earlier as HTC Hima - will be equipped with an octa-core Snapdragon 617 processor, supported by 2GB of RAM. The phone is expected to receive a 5-inch AMOLED screen with a Full HD resolution, 16 GB of internal memory and a battery with a capacity of 2150 mAh. It will also have a microSD card slot, a 13-megapixel camera and a front, 4-megapixel camera in Ultrapixel technology. The equipment will complete a fingerprint scanner, and everything will be sealed in a metal housing with a thickness of approx. 7 mm, occurring in six colours. The phone would occur in November.
A little earlier, on September 29, HTC will show us a different model. We're talking about Butterfly 3, which is to be the international version of HTC Butterfly HTV31, known from the Japanese market. If the rumours confirm, we will receive an attractive phone in a waterproof housing, equipped with a 5.2-inch QHD screen and an octa-core Snapdragon 810 processor supported by 3 GB of RAM. The phone has a battery with a capacity of 2700 mAh, while the cameras will take 13-megapixel photos. In addition, the rear camera will be double and will get interesting special effects. But we are not sure if all the equipment of the international variant will be one hundred percent identical to the Japanese...
