Samsung Galaxy J3, which will launch soon, managed to "present itself " in the GFX benchmark, thanks to which we know most of its specification. Now – thanks to the TENAA database – it has shown its looks.
TENAA presented the new model marked as SM-J3109, which – as you can see – is destined for one of the Chinese operators. However, we can assume that its international version will not be significantly different. The smartphone has a compact size, it has a rather simple shape and the back is made out of plastic. It is worth noting that despite the fact that this is a rather cheap construction, the phone has a metal body with characteristically cut sides.
TENAA showed that J3 has a 5-inch OLED HD display and a 1.2GHz CPU. This data is comparable with previous information from GFX where it was more precisely showed that the CPU is Qualcomm Snapdragon 410. Another accurate data concerns the memory (1GB of RAM, 8GB of flash) and the system – Android 5.1.1. A microSD cards socket of up to 64GB of capacity and two cameras: 8- and 5-megapixels were noted as well. In addition, TENAA informed about dimensions of the device – 142.2 x 71.6 x 7.9 mm – and its weight - 140g.
The date of the launch still remains a mystery but it is almost certain that the device will first be available on the Chinese market and later on it will reach a wider distribution.
