Vivo unveiled in China two flagship models: Xplay5 and Xplay5 Elite.
Vivo Xplay5 Elite is stronger from the pair of twins. It has a metal casing and a screen protected with doubly curved Gorilla Glass 4. The screen has a diagonal of 5.43 inches, QHD resolution and is made in the Super AMOLED technology. Vivo Xplay5 Elite using liquid-cooled processor Snapdragon 820 is the world's first phone with 6 GB of RAM. The smartphone is also equipped with 128 GB of internal memory - with no expansion options - and Dual SIM module supporting LTE. The smartphone also has a 16-megapixel Sony IMX298 camera with Dual LED flash and an autofocus based on the detection phase, helped by an 8-megapixel front camera. Accessories complement the Hi-Fi system sound, and a battery with a capacity of 3600 mAh. Data protects a fingerprint scanner, and the whole manages Android 5.1 Lollipop with an interface overlay FunTouch, allowing work on the split screen. The smartphone is expected to cost the equivalent of approx. $ 660.

There is used Snapdragon 652 supported by 4 GB of RAM. There is also a slightly different audio system, but despite the use of cheaper components, it also belongs to the Hi-Fi class. Vivo Xplay5 will cost - after conversion - approx. $ 570.
