Without any fanfare, Huawei unveiled two new budget models. Huawei Y5II and Y3II are designed for less demanding buyers, but stand out from competitors with a pretty good look.
Smartphones do not cause rapid heartbeat in technology geeks, but less demanding, or rather less affluent users will enjoy having a pretty nice device. Both models received a plastic housing, with an interesting, brushed back cover design and clearly emphasized, large lens cameras. The housing will occur in the following colours: white, black, gold, pink and blue.

Huawei Y3II was equipped with a 4.5-inch display with a resolution of 854x480 pixels, 8 GB of internal memory with an expandable microSD card, and a battery capacity of 2100 mAh. The phone also has two cameras (2 and 5 megapixels) with LED flashes, as well as Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and GPS. The device runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with the overlay EMUI 3.1. The phone comes in two versions, 3G and LTE. The first uses MediaTek MT6582M 1.3 GHz processor, while in the LTE model we have MediaTek MT6735M 1 GHz. Both systems are quad-core and supported by a gigabyte of RAM. These versions differ slightly in size and weight: the LTE version measures 134,18x66,7x9,9 mm and weighs 150 g, while the parameters of the 3G model are 134,5x66,5x9,9 mm and 147.5 g.

A similar procedure was used for the larger model, which is Huawei Y5II. Here, too, we have a choice between the version with 3G and LTE with processors (respectively) MediaTek MT6582 and MT6735P. Both with the four-cores 1.3 GHz and support of 1 GB of RAM. Y5 II received a 5-inch display with an HD resolution, a battery capacity of 2200 mAh and 8 GB of internal memory with a microSD card slot. The phone has a 2-megapixel front camera with a LED flash and an 8-megapixel rear camera with dual LED flash. The phone has dimensions 143,8x72x8,9 mm and weight of 135 g. The system and an interface identical to Y3II.

The prices haven't been determined yet, but they shouldn't be high. Similarly, there is still uncertainty as to the distribution of the various versions of both models. In Europe there will probably appear varieties with LTE.
