Vivo officially unveiled the models X7 and X7 Plus. We can stop gossiping and go into specifics. Both models are quite attractive.
Both smartphones received eight-core processors Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 1.8 GHz, supported by 4 GB of RAM and Adreno 510 graphics. Another common feature linking the two models is the internal memory capacity, amounting to 64 GB - unfortunately without the possibility of extension. The twins also have the same audio systems (AK4376), are equipped with fingerprint scanners, support two SIM cards and have microUSB and minijack ports. The phones can of course work in LTE networks, they also have all other necessary communication modules. X7 and X7 Plus use the Android 5.1 Lollipop with the overlay Funtouch OS 2.5.1.
What differentiates the two models? Vivo X7 has a screen size of 5.2 inches, while the model with Plus - 5.7 inches. Both displays are made in the AMOLED technology and have a FullHD resolution. The smaller model - which is in fact obvious - does have a smaller battery 3000 mAh, while X7 Plus battery has a capacity of 4000 mAh. Vivo X7 features a 13-megapixel camera, while X7 Plus - 16-megapixel. Both cameras have autofocus with a phase-detection and LED flashes. Quite a curiosity and a kind of hallmark of new Vivo are the front cameras: These are 16-megapixel lenses with aperture of f/2.0 and LED flashes.
For now, we only know the price of the model Vivo X7. It will amount to less than 2,500 yuan, or approx. $ 375. The price of Vivo X7 Plus will be announced in mid-July, when the model hits stores.
