Even before the MWC, the French Archos gives us a foretaste of what we will meet at the booth. We have two new smartphones - 55 Graphite and 50 Graphite - and a rugged tablet 101 Saphir.
Closely related
Let's start with smartphones. Archos 55 Graphite and Archos 50 Graphite are twins, differing only in the size of the screen and RAM. They have a quad-core MediaTek MT6737 CPU clocked at 1.5 GHz, slots for microSD cards of up to 128 GB and fingerprint readers, LTE and DualSIM. Both use Android 7.0 and have a battery with a capacity of 3000 mAh with the option of fast charging.
Both use a 5-megapixel front cameras and dual rear cameras with matrices 13 and 2 megapixels. Both have screens covered with Gorilla Glass 3 and USB-C. Prices start from 130 euro, but the details will be announced later.

Two differences
Phones vary in size screens, and consequently - housings. Archos 55 Graphite has a 5.5-inch screen and Archos 50 Graphite - 5-inch, in both of which there are IPS HD displays. Phones have also different size of memory. The bigger has 2, and the smaller one - 1 GB.
The Tablet
Along with the two smartphones at MWC there will debut a new tablet with an increased strength. Archos 101 Saphir has a rugged housing with dimensions 265,4x181x13,4 mm and a 10.1-inch IPS screen with a resolution of 1280 × 800 pixels. The heart of the device is a quad-core Mediatek MT8163 CPU with a clock of 1.3 GHz, supported with a gigabyte of RAM. The tablet also has GPS, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0, and USB-OTG C. The tablet also received a battery with a capacity of 6000 mAh, a microSD card slot and 16 GB of built-in memory, and the equipment has the cameras with resolutions of 2 and 5 megapixels. Archos 101 Saphir can be used with the included keyboard and similarly as the phones described above runs Android 7.0 Nougat.
