In addition to models from the Moto G6 family, Motorola today also presented three smartphones from series E: Moto E5, E5 Plus and E5 Play.

Motor Moto E5 series have several features in common with the Moto G6 family: the raw form of the Android Oreo system, front cameras with LED flashes, protection against moisture, fingerprint readers hidden in the Moto logo on the back of the casing and free space in Google Photos for high-resolution pictures resolution.

Motorola Moto E5 has a 5.7-inch HD+ display and a Snapdragon 425 processor, supported by 2 GB of RAM. The smartphone also has 16 GB of data memory, a microSD card slot and a battery with a capacity of up to 4000 mAh. Moto E5 has a 5-megapixel front camera and a 13-megapixel rear camera.

Motorola Moto E5 Plus is bigger - it has a 6-inch screen (but still HD+) and an even bigger battery - 5000 mAh. The phone uses the Snapdragon 435 processor, supported by 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of flash memory. The front camera is 8-megapixel and the rear camera is 12-megapixel, with PDAF.

Motorola Moto E5 Play is a compact model, with a 5.2-inch screen already with classic 16: 9 aspect ratio and HD resolution. This phone is based on the Snapdragon 425 processor, supported by 2 GB of RAM and has 16 GB of memory for files. The front camera is the same here as in the E5, and the rear camera is 8-megapixel. The smartphone powers a battery with a capacity of 2800 mAh, which is - interestingly - removable.
