The new Redmi K30 5G Extreme Edition was presented in China. This is the first smartphone in the world with a Snapdragon 768G processor.
The Redmi K30 5G Extreme Edition (also known as Racing Edition) has a styling reminiscent of the rest of the K30 family, with a round rear camera frame with a Sony IMX686 64-megapixel matrix, an 8-megapixel wide-angle module, a 5 Mpx macro camera and a 2 Mpx background blur. In the front, in a binocular hole in the 6.67-inch IPS Full HD+ 120 Hz display, a 20+2 Mpx set was installed. The new Snapdragon 768G processor works with 6+128 GB memory and allows the smartphone to connect to 5G networks.
The new Redmi is powered by a 5000 mAh battery with a fast 30 W quick charge. The phone is equipped with in a minijack, DualSIM, NFC and an infrared transmitter. Sales of the new model will start on May 14, and for now you can make reservations for 2 thousand yuan, or 283 USD. This is not the final price. Nothing is known about the final price list or about the distribution of this model outside of China.
