Lava has introduced a new low-cost smartphone Lava Blaze 1X 5G. As you can see from the name - although cheap - this model allows you to use the 5G network.
Lava is known for producing affordable, yet technically unsophisticated smartphones - and this is the Blaze 1X 5G model. The smartphone received a 6.5-inch LCD screen with HD+ resolution (but with a refresh rate of 90 Hz) and a MediaTek Dimensity 700 processor, supported by a still decent 6 GB operating memory in this market class, which can be virtually increased by another 5 GB. The internal UFS 2.2 memory with a capacity of 128 GB can be enlarged by a terabyte with a microSD card, and everything is powered by a 5000 mAh battery, charging at 15 W, although only a 12-watt charger is included.

Selfies are provided by an 8 megapixel camera, but the rest of the photos - a 50 Mpx main camera, supported by "frame fillers" - 2 Mpx for macro and VGA for blurring the background. The equipment is complemented by e.g. side minijack fingerprint reader, and there are two housing colours to choose from. The smartphone has dimensions of 165.3 x 76.4 x 8.9 mm and weighs 207 g. The slightly older Android 12 acts as the operating system. The price has not been given, but it should not exceed 12,000. rupees, or $145.
