We've heard a few times about the Infinix GT 10 Pro smartphone combining the style of Nothing Phone 2 with gaming equipment. Now reports about it are confirmed by official announcements.
According to leaks, the upcoming Infinix smartphone is to debut in India, and then also hit other markets. As expected, announcements appeared in the Indian store Flipkart and in the media Infinix India's social media, explicitly revealing some of the specs and hinting at some others. It is certain that we will get a 6.67-inch AMOLED 10-bit display with FHD+ resolution, 120 Hz refresh rate, 360 Hz touch sampling and 900 nits brightness, and a Mediatek Dimensity 8050 processor. Will the processor be accompanied by a record amount of memory? This is not known for sure, but the manufacturer refers to the Realme slogan "never settle" in the announcement, which suggests the ambition to compete with the upcoming smartphones of this brand with 24 GB RAM. So it's possible that the rumours of 26 GB RAM in Infinix will come true.
You can also learn from the announcement that the Infinix GT 10 Pro will also get the Android 13 operating system with the XOS 13 interface, a 108 Mpx main camera and two additional 8 Mpx, as well as a 5000 mAh battery charging with 45 W power. The housing will be available in a light and dark colour variant, and the Nothing-inspired LEDs will show interactivity similar to the original. The price of the Infinix GT 10 Pro is not yet known, but it may be in the range of 20,000 rupees, or about € 220. We'll find out more on August 3 - that's when the upcoming smartphone will be available for pre-sale. It is also possible that we will also see the Infinix GT 10 Pro+ in the future.
