Looking at the cleverly decorated Tecno Pop 9 5G smartphone may make your eyes hurt, but it certainly won't hurt your wallet. The price of this creative budget smartphone has already been officially confirmed.
The colour variants have also been confirmed - all three are very subdued despite the bright style of the promotional materials and the cases included in the set. You can choose from black Midnight Shadow, white Aurora Cloud and silver Azure Sky. In addition to the three color options, the manufacturer offers two memory variants to choose from - the option with 4 GB RAM and 64 GB of internal memory costs 9,499 Indian rupees (approx. $113, €102), while the 4+128 GB variant can be purchased for 9,999 rupees ($120, €107).

Despite its low price, the Tecno Pop 9 5G has quite good parameters, better in several respects than the Tecno Pop 9 limited to 4G connectivity. Its processor is a Mediatek Dimensity 6300, the IPS display with a resolution of 720 x 1600 px offers a refresh rate of 120 Hz, and the main camera is a Sony IMX582 with a resolution of 48 Mpx. The Tecno Pop 9 5G battery has a capacity of 5000 mAh and charges at 18 W, its operating system is Android 14, and the smartphone offers an NFC module, stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, a 3.5 mm mini-jack socket and IP54 tightness.
