Huawei has introduced an inexpensive, mid-range smartphone, the Enjoy 70X. With it, two-way satellite connectivity has arrived on board cheaper smartphones, although for now it only works in China.
Satellite connectivity is an undeniable advantage of a smartphone in the vast area of China, where the cellular network does not reach everywhere. However, it was previously reserved only for more expensive models, but with the premiere of the Huawei Enjoy 70X it is now reaching the lower zones of the mid-price segment. Of course, the solution only works within the two-way Beidou satellite connectivity - operating over China.

Huawei Enjoy 70X is equipped with a 6.78-inch OLED display with a resolution of 2700x1224 px and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The screen has curved sides, eye-friendly PWM dimming with a frequency of 2160 Hz and a hole for an 8-megapixel selfie camera (f/2.0) and an additional 3D sensor for portraits and facial recognition. The large frame of the rear camera houses basically just one useful module, with a 50-megapixel 1/1.56" matrix in the RYYB system and an f/1.9 aperture. The second lens works with a 2-megapixel macro matrix, and an LED diode has been added to the dark border. The heart of the Enjoy 70X is the Kirin 8000A processor, while power is provided by a 6100 mAh battery that charges at 40 W. The smartphone uses the latest version of the company's Harmony OS 4.3 operating system.
