Oppo A3i Plus goes on sale in China today, expanding the group of inexpensive smartphones from BBK Group with confusing names.
The Oppo, OnePlus, Vivo and Realme brands occasionally feature smartphones with identical names and different specs, as well as smartphones with different names and the same specifications. The Oppo A3i Plus, just presented in China, falls into the latter category - its parameters, appearance, and even the colors and serial number (PKA110) match last year's Oppo A3 5G. We are talking specifically about the Chinese Oppo A3 5G model, because there is also the Indian Oppo A3 5G, Oppo A3 4G and the first Oppo A3 from 2018, each with slightly different parameters.
So what are the characteristics of the new Oppo A3i Plus? Quite an attractive exterior for this price range - on the front there is a 6.7-inch OLED display with FHD+ resolution and 120 Hz refresh, and the rear cover is covered with glass. The phone tries to pretend from a distance that it has four cameras, but in reality there are only two on the round island - the main 50 Mpx and the 2 Mpx depth sensor. On the front, the set is completed by an 8 Mpx camera for selfies and video calls.
