The new high-performance smartphone series Tecno Pova 7 has just been officially presented, and it consists of five models - Pova Curve 5G, Pova 7, Pova 7 5G, Pova 7 Pro 5G and Pova 7 Ultra 5G.
It is this last, most efficient model that the manufacturer devotes the most attention to in official press materials. Its processor is the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Ultimate, and the smooth operation during games is additionally ensured by the Hyper Cooling system with a 5300mm² vapor chamber. The special feature of the Pova series is its capacious battery - in the Tecno Pova 7 Ultra 5G model it has a capacity of 6000 mAh, and it can be charged wired at 70 W or inductively at 30 W, and it also offers 10 W reverse wireless charging. Wireless and reverse charging are also offered by the cheaper Pova 7 Pro 5G and Pova 7 5G models.
The Tecno Pova 7 Ultra 5G display is a 6.78-inch AMOLED with a resolution of 1.5K, a smooth refresh rate of 144 Hz and a peak brightness of 4500 nits. For the first time in the Pova series, it is a screen with rounded edges. Additional gaming experiences are provided by stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos and 4D vibration, and the HiOS 15 interface tries to offer a wide set of possibilities for customizing the audiovisual experience without adding an excess of unnecessary features. It also comes with a suite of AI features, including the intelligent Ella assistant, text generation and summarization, photo editing, phone conversation translation, and Circle to Search.
The Tecno Pova 7 series is now starting to hit stores in the Middle East, Southeast and South Asia, and Latin America. Details of availability and pricing will be announced locally at the time of launch.
