During the conference, on which the financial results of BlackBerry were presented (they were better than expected by the way), the head of the group John Chen has also announced new models of smartphones. In addition to Windermere (which we already know) we have also seen Classic.
Unfortunately, the CEO of BlackBerry did not dwell on details of any of devices. The only new information is the official name of Windermere, which is "Passport". Classic will be - as you can see - a development of Q10. The biggest curiosity remains Windermere aka Passport. It has unusual proportions, a square 1440x1440 pixels display and an unusual for BlackBerry keypad, without any additional characters - punctuation or numbers. This might suggest an advanced hint system built into the software of the new model.
