The presale of the camera with the smartphone function: Panasonic Lumix DMC-CM1 began in the Panasonic company store. Leica optics, 1-inch 20-megapixel MOS sensor, software as in a decent compact camera.
This year, in Barcelona, a representative of Panasonic explained to me that Lumix DMC-CM1 is not a smartphone. The fact that you can call from it, is just an additional option, because the main function is to take pictures. - He was right, because this is a really decent camera. It has Leica DC Elmarit F2.8/ 28 mm lens, aperture ranges from F2.8-F11, records video at 4K and FHD, though only respectively in 15 and 30 frames per second.
The device is based on Snapdragon 801 with a 2.3 GHz clock, 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of flash memory. The display has 4.7 inches and runs at a full HD resolution.
Panasonic Lumix DMC-CM1 quite a while was making its way out of the Far East. The American branch of the manufacturer finally staged a device in pre-sale for $ 999.99 in the company shop. Lumix will be sold unlocked. Later this month, there will be available the update to Android 5.0 Lollipop.
