Samsung Galaxy J5 and J7 presented officially

The Chinese division of Samsung presented officially Galaxy J5 and J7 smartphones.

These devices will be available in white, black and gold housings, but for now only in China. At this point we do not know whether they will be distributed to other countries as well.

These phones are slightly related to each other. They have similar stylization, both have 1.5GB of RAM, microSD cards sockets and 16GB of internal memory. Both work under Android 5.1 Lollipop with the latest edition of TouchWiz, LTE usage and DualSIM. Phones are equipped with an identical set of cameras. The back one has 13-megapixel and an f/1.9 lens, while the front one has a 5-megapixel matrix and – for the first time in Samsung devices – a LED flash.

Galaxy J5 has a 1280x720, 5-inch display. A quad-core Snapdragon 410 1.2GHz CPU is its heart, and the power is provided by a battery with 2600 mAh capacity.

Samsung Galaxy J7 is slightly bigger: it has a 5.5-inch display, but still an HD one, so it will have a lower ppi level. But it will receive a stronger CPU – an octa-core Snapdragon 615 1.4GHz – and a bigger battery – with a 3000 mAh capacity.

Prices – after conversion – will be around 225 and 289 USD.
