Xiaomi today announced the global availability of its flagship smartphones in the Xiaomi 12 series. What are the prices and what variants will go on sale outside of China?
The prices of smartphones from the Xiaomi 12 series
We start with what you are probably most interested in - that is, the prices and memory variants that have found their way into the European, or rather - global distribution. Here is their list:

Xiaomi 12
Xiaomi 12 has a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor, LPDDR5 and UFS 3.1 memory, as well as Android 12 with MIUI 13. The screen is 6.28-inch, OLED technology and a resolution of 2400x1080 pixels. It offers a refresh rate of 120 Hz, a brightness of 1100 nits, as well as a 12-bit colour palette and Corning Gorilla Victus glass protection. There is a hole in the screen for a 32-megapixel selfie camera. The main photo matrix on the back (Sony IMX766 1/1.56 ") has 50 megapixels and f/1.88 lens with OIS Optical Image Stabilization, while the camera has a 13 Mpx matrix and a lens with a field of view of 123 degrees and f/2.4 aperture. The set is completed by 5- Megapixel macro camera, and night photos will be taken care of by Owl 2.0 software. The smartphone's equipment is complemented by, among others, NFC, infrared transmitter and stereo Harman Kardon speakers. Power supply is provided by a 4500 mAh battery with a 67-watt wired charging system and 50 W inductive charging and 10W reverse charging. There will be memory sets to choose from: 8+128 GB, 8+256 GB and 12+256 GB.

Xiaomi 12 Pro
In Xiaomi 12 Pro we have the same top processor Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 and LPDDR5 and UFS 3.1 memory, but a larger, 6.73-inch screen with a resolution of 3200 x 1440 pixels, brightness up to 1500 nits and refreshing 120 Hz. The battery here is larger than 4600 mAh, and it has 100 W wired charging and wireless and reverse charging, such as the basic model. The Pro model uses three 50-megapixel cameras for various purposes. The main one has a 1/1.28 "Sony IMX707 sensor with 2.44 micrometers and an f/1.9 lens. The wide-angle covers 115 degrees with f/2.2, while the third takes portraits with a 48 mm, f/1.9 lens. The selfie camera is the same as in the base model, with two memory variants to choose from: 8+256 GB and 12+256 GB.

Xiaomi 12X
Xiaomi 12X is a cheaper alternative to Xiaomi 12. It has a Snapdragon 870 processor, LPDDR5 and UFS 3.1 memory and an OLED screen with a diagonal of 6.28 inches, Full HD+ resolution, brightness 1100 nits and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The set of cameras is the same as in the Xiaomi 12 model. So we have modules: 32 Mpx on the front and 50+13+5 Mpx on the back. The power supply is provided by a 4500 mAh battery with 67-watt charging. Unfortunately, wireless charging has been abandoned in this model. The smartphone will be offered with the following memories: 8+128 GB and 8+256 GB.

Xiaomi Watch S1 and Xiaomi Watch S1 Active
Xiaomi has also introduced the Xiaomi Watch S1 and Xiaomi Watch S1 Active smartwatches to global sales. Both have 1.43-inch AMOLED screens with a resolution of 466 × 466 pixels and batteries with a capacity of 470 mAh. The batteries are inductively charged and are designed to last up to 12 days of operation. The Watch S1 has a steel case, a sapphire crystal, and a leather or silicone strap. In the Active model, the screen is protected by Gorilla Glass 3, and the housing and strap are made of plastic. This model also has GPS, and both are equipped with NFC. The devices have all the functions of a typical smartwatch, and also allow you to talk. We find over 110 sport modes, as well as GPS and NFC. The basic model costs from $ 199 and the Active - from $ 269.

Xiaomi Buds 3
The TWS Xiaomi Buds 3 headphones were also presented. Thanks to the three built-in ANC modes, they provide mute external sounds by up to 40dB, but also allow you to easily hear external sounds when using the so-called "transparency" mode. Thanks to the option of simultaneous connection with two devices, the Xiaomi Buds 3 headphones allow easy and smooth switching, for example, between watching a movie on a laptop or tablet, and answering calls from the phone. The new Xiaomi Buds 3 headphones allow 7 hours of sound playback when fully charged and up to 32 hours of use when using the case. They also support wireless charging. The IP55 protection class means that the interior is protected against dust and in case of short contact with moisture. The price is $ 199.
