Samsung today presented two new models from the Galaxy A series. We got to know the budget midrange Samsung Galaxy A33 and a more powerful model, Samsung Galaxy A53.
Samsung Galaxy A33
Samsung Galaxy A33 has a waterproof case and a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED screen with a 90 Hz refresh rate and Full HD+ resolution. The screen has a droplet notch that houses a 13-megapixel selfie camera (f/2.2). The heart of the device is probably (the manufacturer did not specify it) the Exynos 1280 processor, supported by 6+128 or 8+256 GB memory. The power supply is provided by a 5000 mAh battery with 25-watt charging. The equipment is complemented by, among others Stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, gyroscope and NFC modules, Bluetooth 5, 5G, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, USD-C port and GPS navigation, GLONASS, Beidou, Galileo, QZSS. The rear camera is quadruple, with a main 48 Mpx (f/1.8) module and OIS optical image stabilization. Another wide-angle module has 8 Mpx, f/2.2 aperture and a field of view of 120 degrees, and the next - macro - has 5 Mpx and f/2.4 aperture. The set is crowned with a 2 Mpx camera (f/2.2) for blurring the background.

Samsung Galaxy A53
Samsung Galaxy A53 in turn, has a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED Infinity-O display with Full HD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 120 Hz, with a hole for a 32-megapixel selfie camera (f/2.2). The smartphone also (probably) has an Exynos 1200 processor, with the same memory sets as the A33. The main camera received a 64-megapixel matrix (f/1.8) and optical OIS image stabilization, and next to it there are additional ones - for wide-angle, macro and portraits photos with matrices, respectively, 12, 5 and 5 megapixels and f/2.2 apertures, f/2.4 and f/2.4. The Galaxy A53 powers a 5000 mAh battery with 25-watt charging.

Samsung Galaxy A33 and Samsung Galaxy A53have waterproof cases (IP67) made of plastic. The screens are protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. Both models work under the control of Android 12 with the One UI 4.1 interface. In the case of Galaxy A53 5G and Galaxy A33 5G, updates to four consecutive versions of One UI and the Android operating system are guaranteed, as well as security updates for a period of five years. In the Galaxy A series devices, chargers have been removed, and the packaging size of smartphones has also been reduced. The packaging also uses sustainable paper, while the devices themselves - the side buttons and SIM card slots - use recycled materials. Smartphones allow you to expand the internal memory using a microSD card. Unfortunately, in its old habit, Samsung did not provide prices for new models on the day of launch, referring us to the local branch for a price list to be announced later, simply by introducing new smartphones to stores.
