OnePlus 13 has just debuted in China - one of the most anticipated flagships of this year and also one of the first smartphones with the new Snapdragon. Did it live up to expectations...?
I think that the new OnePlus 13 will certainly not disappoint fans of the brand, although its general specification sounds like a recipe for a successful flagship that does not shock with its novelties. True, it has the most powerful and newest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor - but it is neither the first model in which the new Snapdragon debuted, nor is it as impressive as the related, iQOO 13 presented yesterday... Nevertheless - it is worth attention - so let's take a look at the data.

In addition to the top processor, OnePlus 13 also has LPDDR5x and UFS 4.0 memory, a multi-layer cooling system, and a large 6000 mAh battery using a new type of silicon-carbon cells and charging with 100 W wired and 50 W inductively. The smartphone also has a high-class BOE display with a diagonal of 6.82 inches, a resolution of 3168 x 1440 pixels, a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a brightness of up to 4500 nits (typical: 800 nits). The screen has rounded edges, and below it is an ultrasonic fingerprint reader. The screen also has a hole for a 32-megapixel selfie camera (f/2.4).

OnePlus 13 has received a solid set of cameras. All rear cameras are 50-megapixel. The main one is the Sony LYT-808 matrix with optical image stabilization and an f/1.6 aperture, already known from OnePlus 12, next to which is the Sony LYT600 camera with a periscope telephoto lens with three times optical zoom - also with OIS and an f/2.6 aperture. The set is completed by the Samsung JN5 wide-angle camera with a 120-degree field of view and an f/2.0 aperture. OnePlus 13 also has stereo speakers, an infrared emitter and the OnePlus-specific slider to mute notifications. OnePlus 13 debuted with Android 15 and the OxygenOS 15 interface. The smartphone measures 162.9 x 76.5 x 8.5/8.9 mm and weighs 210-213 g. OnePlus 13 is available in three colours (black, silver and navy blue), and its interior is protected against dust and moisture according to the IP69 certificate.
